Angel Food Cake III

The cake was very easy to make and turned out fluffy and soft. The next time I make this, however, I will use less sugar. It was extremely sweet!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Buttermilk Cornbread Muffins

The recipe was ok, but as already said, is a bit dry, and isn't so sweet. I recommend adding a can of corn to moisten and a bit more sugar for sweetness.

Potato Pancakes III

The batter didn't have any egg, therefore it falls apart when trying to fry it. I suggest using an egg and throwing in a little bit of onion to improve the taste as well.
