Garlic Spread
I have used this same recipe with added ingredients to make awesome Boursin Cheese Spread. To this Garlic Spread recipe add: 1/2 tsp. oregano, plus 1/8 tsp. EACH of dillweed, basil, marjoram and thyme. This is such a good recipe I even take the spices measured in small plastic snack bags when I travel.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Fantastic! After 35 years of searching I finally found a way to make a perfect roast beef. I sprinkled only a 2.06 pound eye-of-round roast with McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal Steak seasoning and I cut the recipe cooking times exactly in thirds. I baked it for 14 minutes and let it sit in the oven for 1 hour 40 minutes. It was perfect! The roast cooks evenly all the way through so no slices were too well-done and none were too rare. This was so perfect I can't rate it high enough!

Wisconsin Slow Cooker Brats
These are fantastic! I put the brats into the crock pot about four hours before half-time of the football. Then two minutes before the half, we fired up the grill. I served them on hard rolls with Bavarian style sauerkraut and the onions that were in the crock pot. My only suggestion would be to add more onions so you can have more for the topping. (I also used about 12 brats but didn't have to double the beer since it almost covered the them.)
