To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2014
This IS To Die For!! Yes, I did change one thing. For the topping I used Brown sugar, not white, but followed the recipe otherwise. I made 6 Texas sized muffins with this recipe and I don't think there's enough! Gonna make THIS my go-to recipe for Blueberry muffins! Thanks to the Chef.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2014
This recipe was good ..but.. I had to "church" it up a bit. I had no cream of chicken soup, so I used cream of mushroom and cream of celery instead. For more chicken flavor, I used chicken broth instead of water. And added seasoning (rosemary, thyme, marjarum, poultry season, and ground pepper, NO SALT) to the chicken/soup mix in slow cooker. Then proceeded on with the recipe. When I added the biscuits, I threw in a drained can of Veg-All, just to heat thru. Came out delicious!

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2013
Made them following some suggestions on using sliced bread (how I make my meatballs too) and they still weren't "juicy". BUT...I used this recipe to make some "Juicy Lucy" burgers. This recipe worked GREAT for them!! These burgers are billed as the "juiciest" ever... they weren't...that's why only 3 stars. Sorry.

Michael's Foccacia Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2013
This recipe is VERY good! Been on a focaccia "kick" here as of late, and have tried a few recipes I've seen here on ALLRECIPES. This one is by far the best, and easiest one I've tried. I make breads often and like trying new recipes of old favorites. This one is a good and tasty recipe! I added some other herbs as well as the ones listed. VERY GOOD! Thanks

Focaccia Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2013
I was VERY unhappy with this recipe. I always like to try out versions of recipes I already master. But this one came out TOO dry, didn't rise well, and didn't look at all appealing. The herbs are spot on, but it just didn't work. And I DID follow the recipe! Thank you for your recipe input. But this one IS NOT for me.

Chef John's Beef Goulash

Reviewed: May 7, 2013
Was a great recipe, and easy enough to make. I have a picky eater in my home and even he loved it! If you have chidren in the home, I would recomend using a bit less spice. But we liked it just the way it is. Persnally, I cooked everything in the same stew pot. I just put the meat and onions aside while I heated the spices. Then just continued the recipe as written.

Amish White Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2012
This recipe is simple and DELICIOUS, how cool is that?? Just follow the recipe. I've been baking breads for years and this is my "go-to" when I want bread pretty quick. Folks will be begging for a loaf once they try it, so watch out! The only difference I do to this recipe is to add a little less sugar. But either way this recipe is GREAT!! Thank you ever so much!!

Best Carolina BBQ Meat Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2011
I often make pulled pork for my family, using a sweet/tangy red sauce. But I found this recipe for the mustard based sauce....i WAS NOT dissapointed! It was great. And I took the advice of some others and cut down the mustard amount, and the pepper amount. Was VERY delicious! Thanks!
