Easy Chocolate Cupcakes

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2012
I have to admit I thought these were okay. I served them at my daughter's birthday party.

Amish Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2012
Good meatloaf...mine was a little on the sweet side so I will cut back on the brown sugar a bit. I also used flavored bread crumbs instead of the crackers and added some parmesan cheese into the mix.

Best Fried Green Tomatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2011
This was a first for me. My hubby and I don't like fresh tomatoes but decided to grow them this year. I had a ton of green tomatoes since my plant is done for the season. I did half bread crumbs with half fried onions. They were good dipped in ketchup.

Giant Crisp Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2011
I have been looking for a crispy cookie recipe for a while, this one is great. I would still like it a little thinner and crispier but it will do. Great recipe!

Honey Nut Granola

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2011
This stuff is amazing! I use 5 c. oats, 1 c of whatever nuts I have on hand, and also add in fresh nutmeg (I add a little more honey and oil since I add in the extra ingredients). When it's done cooling I add in raisins, craisins, and apricots. Perfect by itself, as cereal, or as a yogurt topping!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2011
These muffins are great! I changed the yogurt to milk, reg sugar to brown sugar, used 2 bananas, and used 1/4 c. oil and a 1/4c. applesauce. They are light, moist, and are amazing right out of the oven!

Quick Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2011
I doubled this recipe and put it in a 13x9 inch pan so I baked it for an extra 10 minutes. I added an extra 1/2 c milk and forgot to add the melted butter on the top. I was making this for a breakfast party of all men and had last minute notice so I needed a recipe that was easy and quick (plus required no trips to the store). I haven't had a chance to taste it but it looks and smells wonderful!
