Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: May 20, 2011
This recipe tastes good, but the consistency is not great. It is not creamy, so the cheese pulls and it falls off your chip/cracker. I think I want something a bit creamier.

This a great recipe, but too much milk made it a little too thin. Next time I will use a tab less milk.

Alienated Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
These are okay. They seem to bake fine, so not sure what everyones problems were with rising, I did double the vanilla and made a streusel topping to help with flavor per peoples suggestions. (Streusel topping:1/2 sugar, 3/4 cup flour and 1/3 cup butter- cut with fork until crumbly, sprinkle over muffins before you bake them). I also had a little more blueberries and they were great. Overall not the Best muffin I have had, but good, I will try another recipe.

Joy's Prizewinning Trifle

Excellent. I did by the cook and serve vanilla pudding and made it and let it cool before folding in the sour cream and whipped cream. I also soaked the sliced bananas in the pineapple juice. I did not use the pineapple or kiwi, I used one container of fresh strawberries, one container of blueberries and one container of raspberries and then I used 3 bananas, soaked in pineapple juice. It was excellent. Actually very light, everyone enjoyed it.

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
This recipe is OUTSTANDING!! I even had non dessert eaters loving it! I have to say, that while making it I was a bit worried, but the end result was WOW! I used Kahlua for my coffee flavored liquor and I did reduce the cooking time on my 3 layers to about 15 to 18 minutes. I had a lot of frosting, so I piled it on the top of the cake and it looked outstanding and tasted even better.

This was FABULOUS! I did make a few changes, I used a 9X13 pan of brownies (cut off the hard edges) and only 1 package of chocolate pudding mix but I uped the skor bars to 6- 2 for each layer. Looked beautiful tasted great and it was very well received!

FABULOUS! Even the non-jello eaters in my family LOVED this jello and ate it ALL! It is sooo good, it could be served as dessert, even though I did serve it as a salad! Wouldn't change a thing!!!

This bread was okay, a little to doughy for me, it didn't get light and fluffy, it was pretty dense and doughy.

Summertime Tuna Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2007
I tried the recipe for a luncheon. It was good, but I doubled the amount of tuna and I would probably recommend using a bow tie noodles to give it a little more pizazz when serving to a crowd. It does serve a lot of people and everyone enjoyed it.

I loved these. Super easy and everyone loved them, so different. You do have to spray the pan with non-stick spray before baking!

We loved this recipe, the only thing I did differently was to use 1/2cup whipping cream and 1/2 cup skim milk and garnished with fresh lemon wedges, received rave reviews

Easy and fabulous! Kids and Adults loved it! One friend, even put in on top of his cheesecake because it was so good. I was sceptical because I am not a Fluff fan, but everyone thought it was great!
