Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

My bread was beautiful but the taste was not so good. You could taste and smell the oil. I decreased the oil to 3/4 cup and it was still very moist, nice spice, nice sweetness(I used 1c brown sugar in place of 1c of the white sugar). If it did not have the oily flavor, this bread would have been simply delightful but as it was, it was quite sadly inedible. I used 6 mini loaf pans and baked them 40 minutes and they were perfectly cooked. I will not make this again due to the oil issue but for others perhaps it does not bother them, otherwise, a very nice bread.

French Bread Rolls to Die For

These rolls were bland. Just not impressed at all. The second batch I put in the oven I brushed with egg white and sprinkled with a little sea salt, which helped a little but not enough. Nice crust, soft center but no flavor.
