My husband specifically told me to make sure I rate this recipe, he gave it 2 high fives=5 stars! I have NEVER had a pork chop that melts in my mouth like this one. Wow... it was sooo tender we used our forks. I did pan fry for 10 minutes, then only did 25/20 without sauce and then an extra 15 min in the oven when I put the gravy on top. I also added mushrooms to the sauce as well, other than that I kept it all the same. My husband even took the left overs to work... which he NEVER touches leftovers no matter how good it might be... this is a keeper!
