I made these for a school potluck and they were the first dessert to be gone. They're so simple and perfect for that cheesecake craving. That being said, I recommend using a graham cracker base. Turned out MUCH better. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Easy Lemon Cookies

First time making lemon cookies, and my advice is to not over-bake them. Trial and error gave me a good batch for cookie donation for school. I ended up using lemon juice and rind in place of the extract after reading reviews. Will make again! Thank you!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II

The Cookie is 5 STARS! The directions are NOT! Cream your eggs and sugar first, then combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. AND. . . salt is needed. It helped with flavor. Great flavor! Thank you for the recipe!!!

Banana Nut Bread I

As written, I'm going to give it 4 stars. I know this may sound silly, but it's actually too moist, verging on mushy. I'm re-making it today using butter in place of shortening and hoping for a better taste.

Easy Sausage Cheese Balls

After reading the reviews, I used 1 lb sausage, 2 cups cheese, and 2 cups bisquick. They came out perfect!!!! I've made them several times now, and everyone loves them! Thanks for the recipe!

Hearty Vegetable Lasagna

I loved this! I added a zucchini, but kept everything else the same! My husband wanted more! Thanks for a great recipe! I can't wait to experiment with different garden veggies over the summer.

Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

I used a turtle brownie mix for the crust (baked it for 12 minutes and used the brownie box instructions for ingredients) Also, I omitted the caramel layer and it turned out great. Tastes wonderful! I drizzled chocolate and caramel syrup on top after it cooled and it looked incredible as well. Also, no cracks in sight. I think I might follow others' advice and add more cream cheese filling next time, though.
