These cookies were amazing! I have to say I was a little hesitant when I first took them out of the oven, they did not look done at all. However, I let them cool on the cookie sheets and they were magnificent! I used dark brown sugar, only 1 1/2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips, and placed the dough in the refrigerator for two hours. I used an ice cream scoop to measure out the dough and rolled the dough into tight balls so that it would reduce the spreading. I also lined my cookie sheets with parchment paper. On my first batch I kept them in the oven for 12 minutes, 13 minutes in the second batch, and 14 on the third. They were all excellent! I highly reccommend this recipe, my family aggred that they were the best that they had ever tasted!
