Salisbury Steak

This is DELICIOUS!!! I tweeked the recipe though. I did not use ketchup, but instead brown gravy. I did not add salt. I added an onion mix soup packet in addition to the other ingredients. After I browned my meat in the skillet I put it in the oven and added gravy on top. I baked at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Next time I will make more gravy and more rice.

Seafood Salad

This is hands down one of the BEST seafood salad recipes! Loved it! When I prepared mine, I omitted the onions. But next time I will add chopped celery to give it that 'crunch'. The French dressing combined with dressing and milk really gives this salad a 'bang'. I highly reccommend you try this recipe. You won't be disappointed!
