Chicken Parmesan Pot Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2015
This was AMAZING!This was my first time ever using fresh mozzarella...and let's just say from now on I will ONLY buy fresh mozzarella cheese. I changed it up just a tad, and only because I didn't have all the required ingredients. Instead of using the canned tomatoes, the tomato paste, onions, basil, garlic, onions, and oregano.... I just used used a jar or Spaghetti sauce (Ragu Sauteed Onion and Garlic). I also used milk instead of almond milk. And I took the advice of another reviewer and i layered the fresh mozzarella on top of the chicken mixture. I served with a side of linguine and peas. This will become my new way of making chicken Parmesan!

Taco Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2014
This was extremely tasty and easy! I omitted the sour cream (only because husband doesn't like it). Like other reviewers I added Rotel tomatoes to my meat, along with a can of Campbell's Nacho Cheese soup. I crushed my Doritos up very fine and sprinkled on top of my pie. Later once everything was done, I added a dollop of sour cream to my own personal piece along with jalapenos, and taco sauce! SUPERB

Creamy Chicken Pot Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2013
This was really good! Because some reviews stated that it wasn't creamy enough...I added one can of chicken broth and one can of cream of chicken soup. For my chicken, I used rotisserie chicken. And I used both top and bottom pie crust. ..DELICIOUS! !!

Juicy Thanksgiving Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2012
This was my first time cooking a turkey...and it was AWESOME!!! I used ginger-ale instead of champagne and I used an oven bag. I injected the turkey with some of the ginger-ale and chicken broth and allowed it to marinate over night. The turkey was so moist, the meat was literally falling off the bone!

Popcorn Shrimp

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2012
These were awesome!!! They had just the right amount of seasoning, so it wasn't too salty (which is what I was afraid of). My husband said we are never ordering popcorn shrimp from a restaurant again lol.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2011
This was really easy to be so tastey!!! The only things I did differently was omitted the mushrooms and added chicken strips as well (only because the shrimp I had on had were so small). It came out wonderful! My husband said it taste like it belonged on Olive's Garden menu!!
