Juicy Thanksgiving Turkey

This was my first time cooking a turkey...and it was AWESOME!!! I used ginger-ale instead of champagne and I used an oven bag. I injected the turkey with some of the ginger-ale and chicken broth and allowed it to marinate over night. The turkey was so moist, the meat was literally falling off the bone!

Popcorn Shrimp

These were awesome!!! They had just the right amount of seasoning, so it wasn't too salty (which is what I was afraid of). My husband said we are never ordering popcorn shrimp from a restaurant again lol.

Shepherd's Pie VI

This was awesome!!! I used 2 pounds of ground turkey and doubled the flour, and ketchup. I also added peas to my carrots. Everything else I followed exactly. I most definitely will be making this again!!!
