Raspberry Oat Bars

Spreading half the mixture in the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan made such a thin layer that it all was sticking to the jam and coming up off the bottom while I was trying to spread the second layer. Had to scrap the whole thing. That's what I get for choosing something I've never made for a last minute potluck.

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Flavor was good but the potatoes turned into a big mushy pile - but I guess that's to be expected in the slow cooker. Next time I will trim the roast, the fat was hard to see with all the mashed potato on it.

Awesome Roast Beef

So good and couldn't be easier! At the end, I took out the meat, added a cornstarch/water mixture and stirred it till thickened, then put the meat back in - great gravy. Shredded the leftovers with the gravy and made killer sandwiches. The 1 year old loved the meat too! Will definitely make again, thanks!!

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

EXCELLENT! I shredded it and mixed it with rice, corn and black beans, then rolled into a tortilla with shredded cheddar. Yummy! Leftovers of the rice mixture were great just heated in a bowl. Will make again and again!

Grandma's Corn Pudding

Very good! Also I found it a forgiving recipe - I only had 1 can of creamed corn so I used frozen corn also, and I had a night meeting so I baked for an hour then turned off the oven and left it in there for a couple of hours - was still yummy!!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

This was top notch! Will be making again and again. I cooked it on high and needed to add some water around the third hour. I also added a few tablespoons of red wine a bit later. Completely forgot the cream cheese (actually, I was going to add sour cream but forgot). Even my one year old couldn't get enough! Thanks!!
