Pumpkin Pie French Toast

Would be good for the holidays, but I really couldn't tell much difference between this and regular french toast.

Chocolate Mint Mayonnaise Cake

Awesome! I double the recipe to make a two-tiered cake. It was so pretty and yummy! I just used store bought frosting, and it turned out great. Highly recommended!

Smothered Tilapia

Incredibly easy and delicious! I used bottled lemon juice and Paula Dean's Seasoning, parsley on top instead of oregano. Yummy! Have made 3 times already!

These cookies were great! I am a total chocoholic, but these cookies were almost a little too rich with a ton of chocolate chips added to the dough. Next time I'll use less, but I'll definitely be making them again!
