This is my new FAVORITE way to make chicken on the grill! It's AWESOME as a sandwhich...on a salad...or just plain with a side. I could eat it everyday!

OMGosh...this is SO GOOD!!! I'll take this over icecream any day. I used all low fat/lite ingredients, including the cool whip. I'm going to triple the recipe and put it out at my next family gathering!

It was very tasty....it just seemed like it was missing something for some reason. I think I'll try to spice it up next time. The dumplings however where fluffy and warm....perfect to come in from the cold to.

Streusel Topped Pumpkin Pie by EAGLE BRAND®

Way better than plain old pumpkin pie! I doubled the streusel and added some powdered or finely chopped walnuts to it along with the chopped walnuts. Everyone LOVED it! I'll definitely make it again next Thanksgiving!

Easy Pork Chop Casserole

This is SO GOOD! The pork chops turned out super tender and the gravy was awesome! I added dry Onion and Mushroom soup as opposed to just Onion and it was still Super delicious! Very easy and quick for a night when you just don't have time for preparation.

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2007
Even after coating the chocolate chips with the dry ingrediants, they still sank to the bottom of the bread pan. It caused cutting the bread to be a little difficult. The taste was okay, I would have enjoyed it more had the chocolate chips spread evenly through the batter. Maybe I'll try it again and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the batter before sticking it in the oven, to give them a chance to sink a little more evenly.

Turkey a la King

This was a perfect recipe for leftover thanksgiving turkey. I doubled the recipe and ended up adding some cornstarch and milk to thicken it a bit. I made bisquick cheddar biscuits and poured it over the top....TOTAL comfort food right there! This recipe's definitely a keeper!

Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Rollups

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2005
I would give the "version" that I made 5 stars. I used this recipe as a base, for what I was actually looking for in this recipe. I ended up cooking the mushrooms, in butter and white wine, along with minced garlic and onion. I butterflied and stuffed the chicken breasts. And then....I put a little butter in the pan, used for the mushrooms and added some cream of mushroom soup, cream and wine. I whisked these together and topped the chicken with the cream mixture. When the chicken was cooked, I poured off the cream/cream of mushroom mixture, back into the sauce pan....and added a little more ingredient to thicken it, into a gravy type sauce. It was AWESOME! I will definitely make this again...and play around with the ingredients. It just seemed too bland, topped merely with cream.

Ham, Potato and Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2004
Very Interesting. Also extrememly easy to make. To tell you the truth, I was afraid that it would not taste well. But, I tried it anyways and actually liked it. I did, however add a layer of cheddar cheese on top of the layer of french fries. I also noticed a few people saying it was a little soggy, so I cut back on the milk some. All and all it was not bad, the kids liked it and I will definitely make it again when a quick and easy meal is needed.

SOOOOO YUMMY! To change it up a bit, instead of just chopping the stems, I also added some chopped Shitake and Oyster Mushrooms! They were gone within 15 minutes of serving them. I absolutely LOVE mushrooms....and I'd have to say this is an EXCELLENT way to serve them.
