Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2012
This was seriously delicious. Everyone in the family loved it and it's very pretty to serve. I flattened the chicken breasts and rolled. I also doubled the sauce (which was amazing!!). Great recipe, will make again and again.

Hot Pizza Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2012
I really liked this recipe, and so did my guests. I made according to the recipe except I did mix the dip in the morning and let it blend for the day. I served with pillsbury breadsticks, cut into thirds and topped with butter and parsley out of the oven. I liked that it was something different! Yum!

Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2012
These were good, and simple. I have used cocktail rye bread, baguette and white bread. I always put fresh dill on top. They looked very pretty and are so light and refreshing in the spring. I think prefer soft white bread (crusts cut off-and I cut into shapes or triangles) as I think the chewiness of baguette and the dryness of the cocktail bread just do not work as well. Overall, delightful.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2012
This truly is a wonderful and delicious lasagna. I made exactly as recipe stated (oops, except I did use oven-ready noodles) and there were rave reviews all around. The only (tiny) adjustment I would make in the future is less salt. For reference, I really am a salt person, I add it to most foods (I know, terrible!) but I thought this was very salty. I would even halve it in the future. Otherwise, delicious!!!!

These are sooo good. Make sure to make the balls VERY small or it just doesn't look as nice.

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2011
Always a hit and easy to modify to your tastes. Sometimes I use taco sauce instead of the salsa. It doesn't keep well overnight so eat it up (lettuce and tomatoes get soggy and mushy).

Pork Roast With The World's Best Pork Loin Rub

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2010
This was a good rub, but the kids thought it was too spicy. I prepred exactly as intructed, and let the rub sit on the loin overnight, which may have intesified the spice. I would use it again.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2002
This was yummy. I added chopped peanut butter cups to the top, and a little extra peanut butter in the pie. Make sure to let it set for the whole time or it will be too soft. Excellent, and easy.
