Bread Pudding II
im not one to completely measure on things. but i used 4 eggs, 1 larger can of the cream of coconut(in the mixed alcohol drink section of grocery store bc its pre-sweetened and tastes sooo goood. and then about 1/4 cup skim milk, 3/4 cup mixed white and dark brown sugar, mini chocolate chips, some cocoa powder (not sure of exact measurement but i not too much or too little, about a tsp. of vanilla, about a tsp. of cinnamon and about a tsp. of pumpkin pie spice mix. plus i used about 4 slices of wonder white bread, about 4 wonder bread hamburger buns and 2 mini martins potato bread burger buns. about 2 tbsp melted butter, added across the top before baking a generous amount of finely chopped macadamia nuts, and drizzled some kahlua on top then baked for the same amount of time and temp. it came out FABULOUS!!!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
i left out the salt and the vanilla(i was out). added 1/2 cup more flour and 1/2 tsp more baking soda, left out nuts, used mini chocolate chips instead of reg. and added about 6 scoops/teaspoons of cocoa powder... they arent running at all, wont expand so def shape or flatten before putting in oven if u want. they are soooooo good. not too sweet(and im usually a huge sugar person, but these are perfect), perfect crunch to chewy ratio, great with some ice cold milk :) everyone loves them!

Uncle Mac's Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies
READ REVIEWS BEFORE BAKING! im pregnant and wanted to make something with jam and peanut butter. man did i hit the jackpot! they are very easy to make and most people have these simple ingredients in their kitchen. now because i didnt read many reviews beforehand mine ended up thin, huge, and jelly right thru to the pan. def make the spoon fulls tiny(no bigger than a teaspoon) and do not put a deep dent in center because the jelly will melt thru and ruin the looks of the cookie when you try to remove from pan. might be easiest on parchment paper for baking bc you can just move cookie filled paper to freezer to cool fast so you can back more and then you will def. have pretty cookies. either way. whether they come out as pretty cookies, or you have to scrape them off the pan to a pile... still yummy! and they are very time sensitive! no more than 8 minutes!!! they will become sturdier once cooled.
