Ok, let me clarify why I have started this blog. I love food and I love to cook, and I love to eat. Plus I believe that I use food for comfort. What does this mean for me? Well I find that I am overweight and have a very difficult time loosing weight.
I am hoping that this blog and use of the menu tools and shopping lists will hep me to track what I cook and what I put in my mouth and help me come up with an idea of what works for me so that I can consistenly feel statified, yet start and keep a downward trend
in my weight. We shall see.
I have been weighing myself everyday for the past month, and I keep losing and gaining the same 3 or 4 pounds. Appears that my body is very sensitive to processed foods, so I am going to concentrate on eating health and portion control, yet having foods that
are bulky and taste good so that I will feel full and satisfied and also see the scale move consistently lower. In the event that I go higher, perhaps this will help me find out what works and what doesn't.
