I'm not really good at spicing or making up a list of ingredients as you go along...kind of person.  Do any of you know how to or have information on a website that might be able o lend a helping hand.  My husband OD's on the spices and I would like to learn what goes with what...any… MORE

When my husband took over doing my lasagna one evening and OD'd the spices...what an OVER KILL...HOLY COW! He isn't allowed to put anything in my dishes any more...hopefully

Dijon-Herb Pork Roast
This was fantastic. The only thing I added to the dry spice mix was onion powder.

Baked Spaghetti
I used half Hunts spagetti sause and my husband's spagett sause...OMG...this is so freakin good. I applied the lasagna layering method and next time I will be putting the sause on the bottom of the dish first. I will definatly be making this again.

Homemade Mac and Cheese
I've tried many Mac-N-Cheese recipes. This is by far the best one I've made/found so far. I added Garlic Salt and Minced Onion to taste and it turned out delicous!!!! The Parm. Cheese was outstanding addition.
