I'm not really good at spicing or making up a list of ingredients as you go along...kind of person.  Do any of you know how to or have information on a website that might be able o lend a helping hand.  My husband OD's on the spices and I would like to learn what goes with what...any suggestions.

The Flavor Bible by Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg is a wonderful resource book that will fill your need. It helps to read the first 36 pages to really understand taste pairings and how to use the information provided. It is a book that will inspire you to use herbs, spices and food combinations you never thought of.

In addition, "The Joy of Cooking" (the old standby) is an excellent source of information. Be sure to get the most recent edition, though.
