I had a double sized pie pan so I made a larger batch of filling. Added a bit more cinnamon and didn't have the lemon zest so doubled the lemon juice.

Photography Notes: Just had a few green tomatoes left so put them in a pile to help show what the pie was made of. Waiting for it to cool so I could get a slice and do the taste test. It was great and plan to make more.
