World's Best Lasagna

I used chicken Italian sausage and ground chicken breast and it turned out wonderful! Next time I will omit the salt as it turned out a bit salty for my taste. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Corned Beef Hash (Abalos style)

I grew up with a recipe similar to this. Instead, I use a can of chopped tomatoes and add one can of drained garbanzo beans. This is great over rice!
