Mmm this was surprisingly simple for such a delicious frosting! 8) I didn't have any regular milk, so I used chocolate soy milk in place and it still turned out so yummy! I also scaled this down to 6, so I could frost brownies. Next time I won't bother scaling down, because I'll just eat the rest of the bowl ;)
