have not eaten curry before, only had curry spiced salads, but the recipe was easy and I incorporated many of the review suggestions. I automatically doubled the recipe, so i'd have leftovers. and i toasted the spices in the beginning in a hot pan, then added the oil and browned the chicken and onion together. the lemon did really, really change the taste, but i did not dislike it. I omittied the sugar and added a little honey, and left out the cayenne as my norwegian daughter would complain about it...all in all, it was quite good, i think, and I will make it again!thanks!
