Thin Mint Crackers

This has quickly become our new favorite holiday goodie. Has gotten rave reviews from recipients, as well! We sprinkled the tops of our with crushed Andes mints and/or green mint chips.

Southern Yank Pulled Pork BBQ

We loved it! However, we're only rating 4/5 stars simply b/c we wished it were saucier. After cooking, I pulled the pork out of the liquid, shredded it, then spooned a little of the liquid back over it. Then I poured a little extra BBQ sauce over the top (we use Frank's BBQ wing sauce), then mixed together. We served it on grilled garlic rolls with ranch slaw. Definitely the best recipe we've ever used and it's going in the keep pile. My 6-year-old son said he gave it 10 stars and ate two sandwiches. Thank you so much for sharing this!!!

Turkey Veggie Meatloaf Cups

My family enjoyed this so much! We made ours without the pepper, as we didn't have any on-hand. Next time, we'll add it in, as well as some garlic. They had such a nice, airy texture to them and were well-received by even my pickiest eater. Will make again! Thank you!

Grill Master Chicken Wings

According to my son, I'm now the "Best Chicken Wing Cooker, EVER," thanks to this recipe. We used 5lbs of wings and there wasn't a single one left! Everyone enjoyed them. We didn't toss them in the sauce, but left it out for those who wanted it to drizzle over their own wings. And we used Franks BBQ Wing Sauce for it rather than hot pepper sauce b/c there were kids eating it. We did cook them in an oven and while they turned out GREAT, I'd love to try them on a grill. THANK YOU!

Waikiki Cornbread

Family really enjoyed this one! It was very cake-like and quite crumbly while warm, but they still gobbled it up with the chili we made. Tried it today and have to say it's much better the day after. Perhaps next time I'll make it a few hours before dinner's ready so it has time to set up. Yum!

Grilled Garlic Parmesan Zucchini

My word, was this GOOD! My husband, who is not a zucchini fan, gobbled it up and said how good it was. Super easy, super yummy! Going into our regular rotation. Served it with our spaghetti and turkey meatballs tonight...talk about a filling meal!
