Bread Pudding II

Delicious! I loved the texture and the taste. The only thing I would change next time is put in less sugar (maybe 1.5 cups or 1 cup instead). Everyone at the party loved it. Also added in a sprinkling of cinnamon, but I don't think that made much of a difference...

Easy Sugar Cookies

Easy recipe, delious cookies. I had the butter at room temperature like other suggested, BUT still found that the dough was super dry and crumbly. I added in an extra egg & 1/4 cup of vegetable oil and it got a bit more manageable. I think it may not need the vegetable oil, but next time I'm gona try making it with an extra egg. Also, it's much more delicious if you add in lemon zest! We added 1 lemon worth, but next time we'll do 2 lemons because we loved having the lemon in there! :D

Pad See Ew (Thai Noodles with Beef and Broccoli)

Love this recipe!!! I also use the sauce ratio of 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons soy sauce & 1 tablespoon fish sauce for any vegetable stir fries I make. boyfriend loves it :)

Delicious Salmon

Delicious, boyfriend loved it. I made some small changes to it the 2nd time: added a bit more sugar, diluted the soy sauce a bit, used 1.5tsp lemon juice + 1tsp pepper instead of lemon pepper, halved the oil. baked at 370F for about 15min then left it in for about 10-15min.

Lime-Marinated Mahi Mahi

It was an easy & quick recipe, but really doesn't have much flavor. We marinaded it for about 4h, too, but the only flavor was the meat at the edge that soaked up the sauce- it was a bit sour (we added more lime juice as per the reviews). The fish still had a bit of fishy smell to it, too. I think adding more cayenne pepper & salt would give it more flavor, but I think I'll try a different recipe next time since I rarely cook fish & want it to taste awesome whenever I do.

Banana Banana Bread

Delicious and easy to make! I might have stirred it a bit too much (I used my blender-attached whisk to mix it) so the bread was a bit dense & the sides were a bit hard (overbaked?). Everyone at school loved it! :)
