Neapolitan Cupcakes
This turned out good. I was really pleased with the aesthics. However, next time instead of making a double batter of brownie mix and one batter of strawberry cake mix, I will make a double batter of strawberry cake mix and one mix of the brownie. I was scraping the bowl of the strawberry cake mixture to create 24 cupcakes and was left with tons of brownie mix. Not a big deal because I just baked the brownie mix on its own.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake
I made this cake for my husband's bday. We celebrated with some friends and have one member who is a huge critic when it comes to dessert, he absolutely loved it as did everyone else! It was super easy to make (as I am not a baker). I took it out about 12 minutes earlier than the directions said, it was incredibly moist. I will definitely be making this again.

Perfect Turkey
First time hosting Thanksgiving and roasting a Turkey so I made sure to follow the instruction exactly and it turned out wonderful! My husband couldn't stop talking about how juicy the turkey came out and said it was the best turkey he has ever eaten. Everyone that came made sure to take some home with them. You definitely need room in the refrigerator to brine the turkey, we had to do some rearrange but it worked out. I know that someone suggested using a bag and filling it with water and putting it in a cooler filled with ice, I will try that next year.
