Ham and Cheese Breakfast Casserole
I made this for my daughter's birthday brunch, and everyone liked it: no leftovers! I substituted whole wheat bread for the white bread. For the topping, I just crushed french fried onions ( maybe a little over 1 cup) & omitted the onion powder and butter. I forget to grease my glass casserole dish, and it came out fine. Don't skimp on the bread, or it'll be a bit soggy.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
Mmmm! Wow, this is so good! I did a half-batch to cover a carrot cake I made in a 10 by 15 jelly roll pan, and it covered it. I really whipped it hard in my KitchenAid mixer, and didn't measure the 10X sugar, I just added until it was firm enough to hold shape to frost my cake. SO light and not too sweet. I'm saving this one to use again. Delicious.

Amish Friendship Bread Starter
I love Friendship Bread but get sick of it after a few weeks. FYI, if you use a metal spoon/whisk to mix, the batter will kind of poop out - stop bubbling and separate. So throw it away if you forget, and start new. Also, you can make it into muffins for breakfast. Like zucchini bread? Add shredded zucchini instead of coconut (Or in comination). My toddler cousin LOVED his mommy's yummy muffins, and she added zucchini and stuff to make them guilt-free for her.
