Oatmeal Pancakes II

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2013
I doubled the recipe and it made 10 nice size pancakes. The only little change I did was to substitute some whole wheat flour for the all purpose flour. Mixed it in my blender. The batter was a bit runny but it still made fluffy pancakes.

Very good. Followed directions exactly. Next time I will substitute dill weed for the dried thyme leaves. I think that will suit my taste buds. Thanks for the recipe.

I mixed 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 ground turkey and they were so juicy. I didn't have sun-dried tomatoes so I just sliced fresh tomatoes to top the finished burgers off.

Pita Chips

So easy and much cheaper than store bought. I used buttermist cooking spray on pitas and then sprinkled the basil, garlic power, and a bit of parmesan cheese on mine. I also cooked mine a little longer and just kept an eye on them. Thanks for the quick and easy recipe;)

Oh so yummy! I used leftover roast beef and it worked great. Also made a deli ham, pepperoni version. I preferred the roast beef, but hubby loved the ham. That goes to show that any combo will work!
