Caramels I

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2006
Turned out a little soft but it was very tasty. I added pecans and that toned down the sweetness of the caramels. Very good.

Chicken Enchiladas V

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2006
This was just okay. I thought it tasted too much like the soup mix. Nice and spicy but lacked a lot of flavor.

Bacon and Tomato Cups

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2006
This was a huge hit! I used bisquick instead of the refrigerated biscuit dough and rolled it out to desired thickness. I made this for a baby shower and everyone loved them. Thanks!

Marinated Cheese

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2006
I had been looking for this recipe for quite some time and was pleased to find it. I used white balsamic vinegar instead of white wine vinegar and it was amazing! I didn't change anything else and it turned out fabulous. Thanks!

Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2006
I was disappointed by the lack of flavor of this recipe. The chicken was moist but it didn't get any of that yummy rub mixture. I even doubled the amount of spice and it still didn't taste like much.

Naan

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2006
Not exactly like the bread in an Indian restaurant but I don't have a tandoori oven either! Very good for homemade and very tasty. I used all-purpose flour instead of bread flour and cream instead of milk. Yummy!

Blue Cheese, Bacon and Chive Stuffed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2006
I mixed in some feta cheese with the blue cheese to tone it down a bit. Good but not great. Probably won't make it again.

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2006
I have made this recipe again and again and it's good every time. I leave the tomato sauce and sugar out and add a little more curry powder. It's very good and my husband loves it!

Coconut Macaroons III

This recipe was amazing! They were soft and chewy even though I accidentally baked them too long. They still turned out great!

Chipotle Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2007
I give this 4 stars only because I really didn't like the Chipotle taste. The recipe turned out fine and my husband raved about it but I just didn't care for the taste. I did omit the chicken broth (because I didn't have any) and I added corn and lime juice as others suggested.

Spanish Rice II

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2007
It was a pretty good recipe but not amazing. The rice seemed a bit hard - maybe I just didn't cook it long enough. But nonetheless, we ate it and it was tasty with some sour cream on top.

This was a huge hit. I left out the white wine because I didn't have any and added some sliced red onion when I added the mushroom soup mixture. Very delicious

These are such a hit wherever I bring them to. Used sugar free peanut butter and still I found them sweet enough. Very yummy!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2007
Very yummy! I used jalepenos instead of green chillies and onions instead of green onions. I didn't get 6 enchiladas out of this recipe, though, it was only about 3 bigger ones. But I will definitely make this again.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2008
Excellent! I made it with white wine vinegar instead of red wine vinegar and next time I would reduce the amount. It was pretty vinegary but very flavourful. I will definitely make this again.
