Swedish Meatballs (Svenska Kottbullar)

I was really excited about trying this recipe, but the end result was not what I expected. The meatball itself turns out great, as does the gravy, but it's the flavor that I don't care for. If I were to take out the ginger, allspice and nutmeg I would have loved this recipe, but with those spices it just has a very odd flavor in my opinion.

This is a wonderful recipe. Don't change a thing. If you write a review and change every aspect of the recipe, then you in fact made something completely different and shouldn't be reviewing the recipe in the first place.

Proper English Cottage Pie

I think this recipe is wonderful. Like others noted, you do need a large baking dish. You can adjust any seasonings to your taste, along with the added veggies, just play with it to find something you love.
