I omit the foil as that just steams the squash. I "Grill" zukes all the time all year round. Slice squash into thick slices and brush lightly with olive oil and place directly on the grill, turn occasionally so they don't burn and brush again so they don't dry out, Season with sea salt, pepper and garlic powder. - Enjoy - I only gave this recipe 3 stars as it really isn't a grilling recipe more like steaming.
