Sarah's Applesauce
This is one of the first things I learned to cook by myself as a child (Mom cut the apples). We left the peels on during the cooking process, this would give the applesauce a pretty red color, then into a cone shaped strainer to get rid of the skins.

Honey-Pecan Chicken Breasts
This is by far the best chicken breast recipe I've ever had !!!!! I did as others did and took the chicken out when done but before adding honey and the nuts I deglazed the pan with a little wine (not much) to get all the goodness off the pan then added honey and nuts and poured over the chicken, There was only the slightest taste of the wine. Thanks so much for this recipe this is a definite keeper !!!!!

Grilled Zucchini I
I omit the foil as that just steams the squash. I "Grill" zukes all the time all year round. Slice squash into thick slices and brush lightly with olive oil and place directly on the grill, turn occasionally so they don't burn and brush again so they don't dry out, Season with sea salt, pepper and garlic powder. - Enjoy - I only gave this recipe 3 stars as it really isn't a grilling recipe more like steaming.
