Chicken with Rice and Gravy

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2010
I give this 5 stars because its easy, and I'm sure delicious. Just had to share, that i was not in the mood to cook, and had to make something quick before work. I made a real mess, burned myself, and the 'browned bits' ... well mine were black. I will definately try again when im more focused.

Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2010
OOOOh, my happy chicken breasts!!!! This is soooo goood! Yummy. I had this in the oven, stirred together the zaterans spanish rice, and then in a smaller pan mixed sweet corn with red, and green peppers cut up in it. Then I had 15 minutes to relax. WOW try this. oh, I cut the recipe in half, sprinkled it with soul seasoning instead of taco seasoning, and used thick and chunky HOT salsa. Geeze, I wish I had someone to share this with.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2010
I used leftover chicken meat, sweated some chopped carrots, celery, onion in butter. Added the flour, pepper, and salts. then stirred in the chix broth, and milk along with chicken and some frozen peas. pour that into a buttered baking dish. Mixed up a half batch of baking powder biscuits. I used a teaspoon to make small biscuits all over the top. bake that, and it the ultimate comfort food.

The soup, as I made it, was delicious!! followed the instructions exactly. I deducted one star because the picture had that grotesque mushroom floating on top.

Potato Chips

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2011
I followed the instructions exactly, and I now have a dinner plate with a brand new finish. Rough, because each and every potato chip stuck. I cant even scrape them off with a butter knife. I hope soaking will work!!!
