Buffalo Chicken Dip
I've been making this for a few years now and every time it's soooo yummy! I've made it with boiled/shredded chicken breasts, canned chicken and even a can of black beans to make a vegetarian option. I always use Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce, neufchatel cheese, blue cheese instead of ranch and shred my own block 2% colby/jack cheese. I would highly recommend like others shredding from a block, it really does cut down on the grease. Enjoy!

Julia's Easy Slow Cooker Chicken
Very good, very easy meal that satisfied the whole family including 4 semi-picky kids! Used 5 skinless/boneless chicken breasts, 4 potatoes cubes, 1/2 cup water, cream of chicken soup, cornstarch and 1 packet onion soup mix. Cooked on high for 5 hrs and turned out great! Also made a side of white rice for the kids as they don't eat potatoes.

Simple Creamy Lemon Chicken Sauce
Really good! I seasoned chicken breasts with sea salt/pepper/garlic powder. Browned them in olive oil/garlic for 5 minutes on both sides then transferred to the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. While they baked I used the ingredients for the sauce plus a dash of italian seasoning. I added all of this to the left over olive oil/garlic from browning the chicken. It turned out great! I served my chicken and sauce over leftover rotini plus pasta and my husbands over leftover rice. Great easy meal that I think my kids will eat and will always have the ingredients on hand! Thanks!
