Salmon with Spinach Sauce
No one was a fan of the spinach sauce, but the fish was great! Even my picky 4 year old liked it. A great, easy way to prepare it.

Chicken Paprika
Delicious & SO easy!!! My husband mopped up the sauce out of the pan with some bread because he didn't want any of it to go to waste. :)

Coconut Jerk Chicken
Delicious! Even better than I thought it would be. Didn't have the mushrooms or green onions & it still turned out great.
