Super Moist Pumpkin Bread
This recipe is addicting. :) I've made it at least once a week since I found it. My family and I all love it!
However, to make myself feel OK about eating that much of it, I cut out the white sugar entirely (reduces to only 2 cups sugar), replace 1/3 of the oil with apple sauce, plus I use coconut oil. I like to make it extra spicey, too, and it's good with dried cranberries!!
This one's a keeper. :)
