Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2006
I was leary of the cream of chicken soup in this recipe- but it was really delicious. I only had canned tomato's and used them. It was very good. You could really make alot of variations. We will definitely make again.

Caramel Popcorn

Go with two bags of popcorn and add nuts. I made with three and it was too dry for my taste. I took to a 4th of July party and the kids ate it up!! Definitely mix in paper bag and bake in a foil pan.It is delicious!!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2014
I don't like to rate a recipe that I have altered- but I got home and had everything started and discovered I had no soy sauce. Soooo, I added about 1-2 tbsp of dijon- and a few sprinkles of worcestershire sauce. The pork was tender and the sauce amazing. We loved it!

Red Skinned Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2013
First I must say we all have our preferences in potato salad dressing- and this is a great recipe and can be adapted easily to your taste!! I did the 1/2 mayo/1/2 sour cream mixture with some chives (I very lightly dressed it) . I also followed the recommendation of cubing the potatoes before cooking and cooling them on a cookie tray- sprinkling with red wine vinegar and seasoning with fresh herbs. WOW!! Those were fabulous suggestions- This was the HIT of the party!! ENJOY!

This was delicious and it would be easy to substitute fruits or cheeses in a pinch. (ie almonds vs cashews) I did decrease the sugar as recommended- it was wonderful and I'm going serve at Christmas dinner!
