Banana Sour Cream Bread

This was my first banana bread recipe. I was attracted by the sour cream and I wasn't disappointed. It is so moist and delicious. The sugar coating really adds something special. I felt like a true gourmet when I made this, and will never use another banana bread recipe!

Mini Meatloaves

This has become our regular meat loaf recipe. They are so moist and tasty and make for perfect leftover sandwiches, my favorite. Great recipe!

Zucchini Bread

Being my first zucchini bread try, I skipped the chocolate chips. Next time I will do one loaf with and one without. I also took the lead of a few others and did 1/2 cup apple sauce and 1/2 oil. I think I also did the sugar 1/2 white and 1/2 brown since I really like brown sugar. It turned out fantastic! I was able to give away a few pieces away before I ate it all but if I had had more zucchini on hand I would have made a second batch. The sour cream really moistens and adds just the right flavor. Thanks for such a great recipe!

Belgian Molasses Bread

I made recipe exactly and it is fantastic. So soft and just the right sweetness. I made grilled cheese for dinner and they were delicious. This is my favorite bread machine recipe so far.

Honey Whole Wheat Bread

As suggested, I increased the honey to 4 T and the salt to 3/4 tsp but left everything else the same. It is soft and delicious! Just what I have been looking for. This bread will be made often in my house. Thanks!

Homemade Mac and Cheese

I am usually a little weary of making my own sauces...being a child of the instant sauce packet age. I gave this a shot anyway and it turned out wonderful. I just took my time with the sauce and stirred it almost constantly...amazing what a little patience can do. My husband and I were both thrilled with this simple homemade meal.
