Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

This is a great recipe. I made it exactly as written and it is a very good dough. I make 3 pizzas out of it. I also roll it out over corn meal the last time before I stretch out and it adds a great texture, but it is great make it as is too. The only down is that it has to be a weekend meal because it takes a long time to rise, but hey it's dough what can you do.

Kung Pao Chicken

I made this recipe exactlly as it was written. I didn't care for it so much. It was hot and that was about it. It was just okay not great. I will be looking for something else. It was fun to try, but I rather have take out Kunk Pao.

Chocolate Chip Orange Zucchini Bread

I make this recipes exactly as it was written and I found it to be good...not great. I was surprised how much of the orange flavor came through. I think I will make it again just when I am looking for something different.

Wheat Germ Whole-Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes

These were the best pancakes I have ever made. I even let the left over batter sit in the fridge and it held up just fine. We topped with fruit topping (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, fresh pineapple and lemon juice just heated up until the berries are all juicy). My ten year old and breakfast hating boyfriend liked them. I will be making often. If you don’t have Whole Wheat pastry flour you should get some. It makes them lighter. You can buy it online.

Lemon Coconut Squares

I liked them very much. They were pretty easy to make and the crust tasted good. I didn't taste the coconut very much, but that was okay because I love lemon. They held together better than I thought they would.

Hobo Dinner

This is so much better than it sounds. You have to use lean ground beef or it will just be so greasy. I make the it the night before then just pop it in the oven after work the next day. I have make a lot and my family likes it.

Buffalo Chicken Burgers with Blue Cheese Dressing

Good idea. I used texas pete's wing sauce to get most of the flavor. I didn't have celery salt but that would have been great. I added some cut up celery just because I had it, but you couldn't taste it. I added butter to the burger because I was cooking in a pan. My boyfriend said they weren't hot enough, but you can play around with the heat. I know I am totally wrecking the recipe, but that is not my goal here...I just wanted to let you know if you don't use blue cheese they are still great. We hate blue cheese so we just left it out. I will make again.

Pie Crust III

I really didn't think it would work...but I just made it I liked it okay (doesn't taste like Grandma made it, but I'm not Grandma am I). I didn't have shortening so this worked great for my black berry pie...not soggy and the flavor didn't take away from the berries. My Daughter said it was great pie.

So simple, but soooo good. We use it on pork too. Everyone in the family thinks it is great. I use it just about every week. I made it with the mayo, but it doesn't really need it.

Almost No Fat Banana Bread

Good for being low in fat, but it's not the best. It needs more flavor. My daughter likes it so that is a plus. I will make again, but I will add more spices and vanilla. I think this would be good as banana bread french toast.

2-Step Chicken 'n' Biscuits

My boyfriend loved this so much that I only got a few bites for myself. I have to say getting the biscuts to cook was a challange. They were burning on top and not getting done on the bottom. So I flipped them over so they would cook and that worked out fine.
