I make lasagna a lot, but i was having company and wanted to change it up a bit. This is the BEST i have ever had, home or out. I used ZERO of the salt, never missed it. The cheese and the sausage has enough salt already you truly don't need to ad any extra. The sauce does take a little while but I made it the night before. The noodles i let soak in the pan for about a half hour, they were still a bit hard when i put them in the pan but softened up perfectly when cooked. This is the ONLY recipe i will ever use to make lasagna again.
