Strawberry Cake from Scratch
I made both mini and regular sized cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. They turned out light, moist and delicious. I measured the flour after I sifted it, and added the dry ingredients in small amounts. I used the special buttercream frosting from this site to top them. A huge hit with everyone.
