Born in Ohio and have lived in Pittsburgh, PA, Miami, FL, Charlotte, NC and back home to Ohio. I've been exploring Italian cooking lately and love how something wonderful can be developed with a few simple fresh ingredients and a proper cooking method. With four distinct seasons where we are in Ohio, it makes cooking fun. There are certain dishes that that are perfect in winter and other for a summer grill. I've always has some sort of creative outlet in my life and found myself needing something new to dive into a few years ago. For over 20 years, cooking was something I did out of necessity so I decided to make it my new project. My whole family is glad I did! My biggest triumph is going from someone who was afraid to have people over for dinner to someone who can't wait for a reason to entertain.
