Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2006
After reading all the reviews I changed it to 1 can cream of broccoli and one can cream of chicken with one can of milk. I also doubled the cheese. I mixed all the ingredients together and poured into a dish then covered it with cooked stove top. YUMMY

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2006
Very Yummy. I did what others did after reading ALL of the reviews. (yes it took me a long time lol) I mixed the ketchup and brown suger together with a dash of worstechire sauce and placed on the bottom and the top of the meatloaf. I also used onion soup mix instead of raw onion. Added Worstechire sauce and garlic to the meatloaf mixture. Lowered the brown sugar to 1/3 cup. Lowered the milk to 1/4 cup. Used bread Crumbs instead of cracker crumbs. AND I cooked it 1 1/2 hours. I like my meatloaf well done with no pink. Seems like a lot of changes but after reading the reviews this is what I felt I needed to do. YUMMY!!!!

Mexican Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2006
This was yummy. I took other people's advice and added the mexican corn to the cornbread mixture (two boxes of jiffy) before covering the meat mixture. I also put the olives and cheese layer under the cornbread. YUMMY

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2006
OMG this was the best fish I have ever had. I broiled it in a pyrex dish so when the cheese melted it would stay on the fish. I also added garlic powder and Mrs. Dash. I doubled the cheese sauce because I ended up with a bunch of little pieces of fish and wanted to make sure I had enough. Use shredded cheese. Seriously the best fish I have ever had.

Barbecue Beef Cups

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2006
My honey gave this three stars but I had to give it four just for the ease of making it. The flavor was good. I also had trouble with the bisquit mix not staying at the top of the muffin tin. I was afraid when I took them out that he wouldn't eat them due to way they looked. (unlike anything I ever made before) So I was happy when he reached for the second one. By the way I used a extra large muffin tin and made them dinner sized.

I had to give this four stars for the original recipe.. BUT After taking the advice of some of the reviewers and adding garlic, seasoned salt and Mrs.Dash to the chicken while it cooked... YUMMY!!!!! I will make this again with those changes. Make sure you buy crusty bread to dip in the sauce.

easy and VERY yummy. The only two things I changed was I used cream of mushroom instead of french onion soup. I also sauted some mushrooms and added it to the gravy. Cooked it in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes then covered with sauce and cooked another 20 minutes. YUMMY

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2006
Like others I added hot salsa, olives, and chopped jalapenos. I also omitted the beans. Very good. Although the texture was a little strange.
