Vegetarian Chili

Amazing. I made a whole pot of this stuff and within a week my dad and I had finished it off. Great vegitarian alternative (which my dad and I are) and very healthy.

Baked Omelet Roll

These were great. I scaled down the serving to four (only needs about 15 mins) and baked the cheese into the roll itself (by accident). I added extra cheese at the end and substituted egg beaters. These were great and I highly recommend them.

Wheat Germ Whole-Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes

These are great and really healthy. I like to chop up some bananas and throw them in the batter. This goes great with blueberry sauce.

Peanut Butter Cake II

This cake was great. I used white cake mix instead of yellow, put recess cups on top, and put chocolate frosting between the two layers. This cake was amazing, everyone loved it.

Blueberry Sauce

First of all, I substituted splenda for the white sugar to make it a little bit more healthy. This sauce is great on just about everything, but my personal favorite is whole-wheat buttermilk pancakes.

Authentic Mexican Breakfast Tacos

I love Mexican food and this is some of the best I've had. I'm a vegitarian so I left out the sausage. I used southwestern style egg beaters (not diluted with milk), flour tortillas, fiesta cheese blend, and the jalapeno queso spread on this site and they were amazing. I keep a steady supply in the refridgerator by request.

Mexican Egg Bake

This recipe was great, but the cooking time was much different. I'd say about 50-60 mins minimum to get this recipe to brown on top and for the eggs to solidify. Otherwise great recipe.
