Vegan Split Pea Soup I
This makes a lot of soup. I changed by not adding the potatoes and adding 11.5 cups of liquid. 4 of those were broth. The first time I made them I used chicken broth but it wasn't as balanced even though I doubled most spices. The second time I used 4 cups of vegi broth and doubled the spices - including garlic and onion except for salt and everyone loved it. Definitely something I'm going to be make a lot of.
