I just graduated from college and I am looking for a job. I love easy to do, quick, yet tasty and healthy recipes that we can take with us for lunch or snaking. Allrecipes.com is one of my favorite websites, and probably my husbands too, since he gets to taste all of my new creations! I'm originally from Greece, so I usually cook Greek food on a daily basis. But I also LOVE to learn more things about the American and other cuisines! AR helps me a lot in this respect, since both the detailed recipes and the chefs in exchange can guide me step by step to success! My mother, aunt, and my two grandmothers are excellent cooks, with expertise in many different dishes!!! They always entertain lots of people on special occasions, and throw out parties for which they cook everything on their own! People are always raving about their food! So, I'm trying to look like them, and keep the tradition going! Most favorite though, are the meals/specialties I cook for any kind or birthday, religious, or history-related celebrations and traditions! I certainly treasure all the smells that the day calls for! Though a newbie, I make wonderful hand made phyllo dough! Or at least that's what my husband says! I once made a pork soup not even the cat would eat! Left it out for the neighborhood's raccoons... they wouldn't touch it either... I think that says it all :)
