First time making homemade cinnamon rolls. The family loves them! They were good to me but not the best. When I first started working with the dough it was very sticky and I had to add quite a bit more flour to even work with the dough. I think the additional flour took away from the overall flavor as the dough was not as sweet as I would have liked. I didn't cool the milk/butter mixture and I am thinking that might have a lot to do with the stickiness. Overall it was a great recipe. Uses everyday ingredients and I had everything on hand. Topped with a powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and butter icing. All in all I will make again and try cooling the milk/butter longer. I also used a 9x13 pan. Even though the flavor lacked a little for me, they sure were pretty!
