Tortellini Bacon Broccoli Salad
I made this salad to serve with dinner tonight for my husbands birthday. The only things I did differently was (1) I used onion powder since we do not like raw onions and (2) I did not add the bacon with all the other ingredients, as stated. I prepared the bacon just before serving and that way it was crispy and not soggy. My son, who is an extremely picky eater, stated he "would not be trying that salad" decided that he would after hearing others say how good it was. He absolutely loved it and said whenever I made it again to please let him know. Everyone raved about it and I will definitely be making it again and again. I may even try putting shredded cheddar cheese in it too. May even double the bacon since we really like bacon flavor. Great recipe, thanks for sharing.

Southern Pulled Pork
If I could give this recipe more than 5 stars I would!!!! I made this for dinner tonight and it turned out simply fantastic. I, like other reviewers stated, started it cooking on high for 2 hours and then reduced the heat to low for an additional cooking time of 6 hours. The meat was juicy, tender and practically shredded itself. I did not use the butter but used spray olive oil instead and used garlic paste. The next time I will use onion powder since we do not like to bite into pieces of onions. I served this on a whole wheat roll with homemade barbeque sauce and it was awesome. I will be trying it over a bed of rice too. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe.

Cheesy Italian Tortellini
I made this dish tonight for dinner and served it with a garden salad. I used all ground beef but will try the next time with the sausage. I added green peppers as well. Absolutely delicious and will be made again and again. No more need to go out for good italian food when it can be made like this recipe. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
