Cindy's Awesome Clam Chowder

Best clam chowder EVER!!! So easy and sooo tasty!! The only thing I did different was replace the water with clam juice. Can't wait to make again!!

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

This is a great recipe and very easy recipe for corned beef sandwiches. The corned beef was very tender and falling apart and the flavor was fantastic. Didn't change a thing.

Sunday Best Fruit Salad

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Very tasty and fairly easy to put together. We all loved it. I didn't cook chicken first and I also sauted the spinach and mushrooms together. Definitely a keeper!!

Cake Balls

i love cake balls and so does everyone else! i let the cake completely cool before crumbling and adding the frosting. i used my cookie scoop to make them into balls. i put the balls into the frig for a couple of hours and then coated them. they are so yummy!
